Hanoi Eternity Hotel

All fine, but bathroom leak.

Adjacent to many local attractions, including the st joseph's cathedral, which is just 10 mins on foot. No complaints whatsoever with the hotel. Just 5 minutes' walk from Ha Noi train station. Thanh Xuan district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

Nice quiet area, central location not far from nice restaurants with walking distance, the tourist area at the top end of Hoan Kiem lake, and better restaurants/bars. The breakfast for my taste.

Had a blast with my friends! We visited the local market and the beautiful lake nearby. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was solid.

The sound isolation could use improvement. We heard some noise from outside which was a bit distracting.

I greatly enjoyed its well-appointed rooms.

Decent and perfect location quite close to the Old Quarter made it easy to get to key attractions...

A very charming hotel, Although the lobby is not very big, as normal hanoi hotel 2.5-3.* , but I am really impressive with room decoration as well as Sound proof. Just locate right outside Old-Quarter, Eternity Hotel has advantage of not being so crowded, been to Hanoi many times, I find it very convenience for me. All staff are excellence from Mr Bach - receptionist to house keepers. Good free wifi through out the building. Breakfast girl always give me a big smile.

Overall everything is ok

The staff was attentive, always ready to assist with any requests.

The bathroom had a constant leak, made for a wet floor.

Quan an ngon, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. It is in front of the airport. Ideal base for a vacation in Hanoi;)))

I stayed at eternity for 6 nights, and it turned out quite well. The standard double room was decent for the price. The location is great, very close to the old quarter, but not too crowded. The staff was friendly.

The location of Eternity Hotel is a standout feature, situated conveniently close to the old quarter, shops, and restaurants. The staff greeted us warmly and their friendliness really enhanced the overall atmosphere . The Standard Double Room was decent, well-furnished, and comfortable for our family. Breakfast offered a variety of tasty options that we enjoyed each morning. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. We noticed dust in corners and on some surfaces, indicating it needed a thorough cleaning. The sound isolation isn't great. We could hear noise from outside, which disrupted our sleep at times. The hotel has potential, but addressing cleanliness and sound issues would were good.

Great spot for family types

Had a pretty good experience staying here for a week. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was actually nice, helped start each day right. It was only a short taxi ride to all the main spots, can't complain about that!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, it was acceptable.

The hotel is tastefully decorated with cozy furnishings and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Double Room, and the location was perfect for my visit to the nearby exhibition. The staff at the reception were helpful and always ready to assist. The room was tidy, but the hotel could benefit from updating some of the furnishings to enhance comfort.
